An exceptional location for a workshop, the Robert Sibley Volcanic Regional Preserve is a 928-acre regional park in the Oakland Hills featuring a 10-million-year-old extinct volcano, stone labyrinths, and scenic ridge trails. On a morning when the weather conditions initially looked questionable, this group of photographers turned the challenge into an opportunity to create unique images in foggy conditions. As time went on, the sun arrived, in time for some stunning panoramas from high on the ridge of the Bay Area basin.
