The fog line continually receded this morning, by the time we were finished it was looking like a really nice day. Think I may have seen Jesus himself poking through the trees as the light filtered down onto Grizzly Peak and later onto Skyline.

Spent the day on the road for work, rode home as the sky was drenched in October late afternoon light. Took me back to 1990... you'd have to ask me about the back story in person.

I watched a lot of NFL films back when I learned to love football. This song always stuck in my head.

Cycle Sports is no more, but the Sunday morning group rides continue.

A secondary goal this year was to ride more frequently. In the last week I clinched having an average of riding a full one-third of the days in 2022.

This will be nice when it's finished, a stretch of Doolittle between Swan and Langley - expanded bike path.

Did not see this coming, even though I'd been really paying attention to the weather for the past week. Wasn't raining at the house when I left, but by the time I got down the hill - and it felt too late to turn back - well, there you go. On the positive side, I rode...

Happy to hear that the Cycle Sports Sunday morning rides will continue, even though the owner has sold the shop to Trek. Good community event, about 30 riders this time on a warm September day.

Simply a name for an otherwise routine commute.

Is it heat? fatigue? laziness? No map, no video. I brought my bike to drop my truck off for a new catalytic on Tuesday, rode to work on Wednesday. 28.75 miles. See them for a limited time on Strava.

Back from a vacation, 12 days since my last ride

Smaller group, shorter ride, but weather just right.

I knew I was going to ride a fair amount this year and set a goal of 3,000 miles. Curious to see how high I can push the total by year's end.

A gathering of about 20 cyclists met in Orinda to ride the 3 bears.

Nice ride to work and home, watched a ballgame from a tower crane at Mission Rock, saw Alex Vesia pitch - a good day.

Absolutely beautiful out this morning - cool breeze very refreshing. Short sleeves at 6am.

Impromptu Cyclesport group ride. Some new faces, some familiar, some who I had unknowingly ridden with before today.

No video, my Garmin ran out of charge after I forgot to turn it off after the leg into work.

Took a week off. Saw Anders fly past me on Fairmont, caught him on Walnut Rd in CV.
