Not TOO Slick

…but it was a little slick, so I made it a point not to go fast on curves or downhill. My front wheel caught a ridge as I was climbing Tunnel Road, causing my apple watch to trigger an alert that I’d fallen. I rolled easily off the bike and onto the pavement, no injury, no damage. I had only recently learned about this feature – a few months ago my nephew had a semi-serious bike crash, triggering the same alert, but the emergency notification went out and his contacts soon knew about his mishap. Currently balancing staying safe and finding non-rainy opportunities to ride.
